Mahan Air Delivery Raises Sanctions Violation Concerns

Mahan Air, based in Iran, has taken delivery of two aircraft: an Airbus A340-600, identified by serial 765, and a Boeing 737-300, serial 28557. These aircraft were previously operated by Azman Air, a Nigerian carrier. The deliveries have drawn scrutiny from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) over potential violations of international sanctions.
